The Leadership Mirror is a coaching-based strategic advisory service.
The process is designed to:
- increase clarity in leadership situations
- clarify decision directions
- support the development of business and personal operating effectiveness
The service does not constitute:
- psychotherapy or healthcare services
- legal or investment advisory services
3.Basis of Engagement and Collaboration
All engagements are entered into based on an individual agreement.
Contact initiated through the website does not constitute a binding agreement.
The service provider reserves the right to accept or decline any engagement at its discretion.
4.Scheduling and Cancellation
Agreed session times form an integral part of the engagement.
Cancellation or rescheduling:
- at least 24 hours in advance: no charge
- within 24 hours: the full session fee may be charged
5. Fees
Fees are determined on an individual basis for each engagement.
Payment terms and conditions are specified in the individual agreement.
6. Confidentiality and Trust
All information shared during the coaching and advisory process is treated as strictly confidential.
The service provider will not disclose any information to third parties, except where required by applicable law.
7. Liability
The effectiveness of the process depends on the client’s active participation and engagement.
The service provider does not guarantee specific business, financial, or personal outcomes.
All decisions and their consequences remain the sole responsibility of the client.
8. Data Processing
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Final Provisions
These terms become effective upon publication on the website.
